Black Pearl Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the most complex product of the classic collection: the adorable son our Balsamic Vinegar Master. I can say it’s the perfect expression of the experience gained over generations of passion and dedication to the product. Its structure is characterized by a high density and intense aromatic notes of wood.

The tannic notes of noble woods such as mulberry and chestnut prevail on tasting. A sensory experience like a real rare pearl. The soft final acidity reveals a ripe aftertaste, that is able to enhance its balsamic notes. In the skilful use of barrels of different woods, we find the true essence of this vinegar.

I sugest to serve Black Pearl Balsamic Vinegar on main courses, liked roasted or grilled meat, with hard cheeses, or on Italian risottos. We have also created for you a tasty recipe based on octopus! My advice is to preferably combine this product with hot dishes, to enhance the natural aromas of the woods: a few but precious balsamic drops!
