Meat and Vegetable Skewers with Balsamic Vinegar

If you love skewers, you absolutely must try this recipe: pan-fried skewers with mixed meats, bell-peppers and courgettes with Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Gold Label! Easy, quick and perfect for any occasion. All we have to do is officially start picnic season!

Ingredients for 4 people:

Method:

Cut the pork into not too small pieces and season them with EVO oil and salt; do the same thing with the chicken nuggets. Then wash the peppers and courgettes, clean the former from seeds and filaments and remove the ends of the latter. Cut both vegetables into not too small pieces and season everything with EVO oil and salt. Assemble the skewers by alternating the pieces of meat with the vegetables and cook on a hot grill or pan until the meat is perfectly cooked. Finish with a drizzle of raw oil and a generous dose of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
