Goods shipping is guaranteed. On delivery, you must carefully check the number of packages and the integrity of their external conditions. If the number of packages doesn’t correspond to the number of the ordered and invoiced packages or in case of damages, please help us to improve the quality of the service by accepting with reserve the delivery. Only in this case the 100% satisfied or refunded guarantee will be valid.
Claims for missing or damaged products are not acceptable if the package hasn’t been accepted with reserve.
We recommend you to provide a secure and reliable delivery address. It is preferable an address where a person is always available in order to accept the package and checking its integrity. In case of recipient absence, a delivery notice will be left and a new attempt of delivery will be made the following day. After the second failed attempt of delivery, the courier will put the goods in their closest warehouse before returning it to the sender.
